HAYLEY SECHLER, PA-C
Hayley is the Owner and Provider at SKINriched, specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, she now lives north of Nashville with her husband, Zach, and their two sons, Holden and Warren. She earned a bachelor’s degree in nutrition science from Auburn University and a master’s in PA studies from the University of Kentucky. Board-certified by the NCCPA and licensed in Tennessee, she has experience in allergy and asthma, emergency medicine, and dermatology. As a diplomate fellow of the Society of Dermatology PAs, she stays up to date on the latest research and innovations.
AUTUMN ADAMS, RN, BSN
Autumn is a registered nurse injector with a bachelor's degree from Austin Peay State University and 11 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in aesthetic medicine. Dedicated to natural, beautiful results, she stays up to date with the latest injection techniques and prioritizes patient safety. Outside of work, Autumn enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Joe, and their three children—Mason, Addison, and Jackson.
ANNA COPE, RN, BSN
Anna grew up in White House and earned her Bachelor’s of Nursing degree from Austin Peay State University. With six years of experience in labor and delivery, mother-baby, and NICU, she now specializes in aesthetics, helping patients feel empowered and beautiful in their own skin. Passionate about enhancing natural beauty, she stays up to date with the latest aesthetic research to provide the safest and highest quality care. Anna lives in Robertson County with her husband and three children and is thrilled to serve her hometown community at SKINriched.
TAYLOR SHELTON, LE
Taylor is a Greenbrier, TN native. She lives with her husband, daughter Easton, and two dogs. She earned her esthetician license from Tennessee College of Applied Technology in 2019 and has been practicing aesthetics for over 4 years. Passionate about skincare, Taylor loves helping others feel confident in their own skin. She is excited to share her passion with her community!
Annie Anderson, LE
Annie is a Hendersonville native with a love for the small town feel that White House brings her. She earned her aesthetician license from Paul Mitchell The School of Nashville in 2024. With a passion for transformative skincare and overall skin health, she enjoys spending time getting to know each client’s skin and providing them with a customized treatment plan tailored to their specific skin concerns. Annie strives to help others achieve desired skin goals & feel confident in their skin!
Ann Kennedy, RN
Ann Kennedy, originally from Alabama, moved to Tennessee in 2018 after graduating from Auburn University. She returned to school during the pandemic to pursue her passion for healthcare and has been working as an ICU nurse for the past three years. With a belief that “when you look your best, you feel your best,” Ann Kennedy sees aesthetics & wellness as a natural and fulfilling extension of her nursing career. She’s excited to be part of the SKINriched team, helping others feel confident in their own skin. Outside of work, Ann Kennedy enjoys trying new restaurants around Nashville and spending time with her husband Colby and their goldendoodle Louie. Favorite SKINriched things: Tox & all things Epionce!
EVE MCCUISTON, RN
Eve, a Robertson County native and Jo Byrns High School graduate, earned her nursing degree from Western Kentucky University and works as an RN at Vandy. With a passion for medicine, aesthetics has become the perfect addition to her dream career. Eve is excited to grow at SKINriched, helping others feel confident and giving back to her community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Tanner, their two pups Otis and Cruz, and loves being outdoors, with family, and traveling.
MCKENNA WARD
McKenna, a Nashville native, graduated from White House High School and earned her Bachelor’s in Social Media Marketing from Western Kentucky University. Excited to capture moments at SKINriched, McKenna loves all things skincare and believes in the importance of spoiling your skin. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, spending time with her husband Jared, and being a dog mom to her havadoodle Wallen.
TONYA LITTLE
Tonya, a Robertson County native, graduated from East Robertson High School and has been passionate about photography for the past 12 years. She lives in Adams, Tennessee, with her husband Brad and their three children, Colby, Sydney, and Braden. Excited to join the SKINriched team, Tonya loves sharing her passion for skincare and is eager to help clients with any questions. She believes it's essential to prioritize self-care and is looking forward to seeing you in the clinic!
ANNA KATE SEMORE
Anna Kate was born and raised in Robertson County. She has always loved all things beauty! Her favorite thing about her position is being able to help others take the steps to feeling more confident! Outside of the office, Anna Kate enjoys spending time with her family and husband Ben!
BRILEY CRAIN, MA
Briley grew up in Greenbrier, TN, and earned her Medical Assistant certification from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is passionate about skin care and dedicated to helping others feel confident and cared for. Outside of work, Briley enjoys spending her weekends with family and friends.
EMILY WILKINS
Emily, originally from Murray, Kentucky, earned her Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Murray State University. She now lives in White House with her husband and dog, Lola. After discovering SKINriched as a patient, Emily fell in love with the team and their natural approach to skincare, and now her goal is to ensure every patient has an exceptional experience. A fun fact about Emily is that she is a PADI-certified scuba diver and loves the beach, always with a heavy coat of sunscreen!
Liliana Rodriguez
Liliana lives in Portland, TN and graduated from Portland High School. She currently attends Volunteer State Community College. Liliana loves going to concerts, spending time with her friends & family, and the big city in downtown Nashville. Liliana loves everything to do with fashion and beauty and can’t wait to see you in the clinic!
ELLA HOWARD
Ella was born and raised in Nashville and now lives in Springfield with her husband Samuel and son Elias. Her passion for skincare led her to earn her Esthetic License from Paul Mitchell the School Nashville. Her goal is to help others feel beautiful and confident in their skin, and she’s excited to grow at SKINriched while giving back to this amazing community. Outside of work, Ella loves spending time outdoors, going on walks, and being with friends and family.
