Do you offer the same services as both locations?

Yes, most of our treatments are available at both our Springfield and White House locations. However, there are two exceptions: Morpheus8 RF Microneedling is offered exclusively in Springfield, while Virtue RF Microneedling is available only in White House. All other aesthetic and wellness services can be booked at either location.

We welcome and treat all patients, including men! While the majority of our patients are women, our services—such as injectables, laser treatments, facials, and wellness support—are fully customized for every skin type and concern, regardless of gender. Everyone deserves to feel confident in their skin.

Appointment Policy

Arriving late to your appointment will deprive you of valuable treatment time.  We will make every effort to perform your treatment in its entirety, however we will not compromise your safety and outcomes due to time restraints. Therefore, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving 15 or more minutes late and charge the accompanied cancellation fee (see below cancellation/no show policy). We require a card be held on file for all scheduled appointments.

Cancellation + No-Show Policy

We have a minimum 48 hour Cancellation Policy to ensure our patients can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time. Any appointment that no shows, cancels, or reschedules within 48 hours will have the following fee automatically charged to the card on file:

No-show: $100

Notified late cancellation under 24 hours: $50

24-48 hour cancellation: $25

Any no show or late cancellation for an appointment over 30 minutes is subject to 50% of the treatment cost. This includes wrinkle relaxer, filler, PRP/PRF, microneedling, morpheus, facials, brows/lashes, IPL and laser hair removal.

If a client has no showed and/or late canceled for the third + time, client will then be required to prepay in full for future services at time of booking appointment. The amount pre-paid for is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. If appointment is rescheduled prior to 24 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid will be applied to the deposit of the future appointment.

Our providers’ time is valuable as they are booked out weeks-months in advance. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps.  We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This allows us to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team’s time.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.

Questions You May Have
Is laser treatment painful?

Most patients describe laser treatments as mildly uncomfortable rather than painful. Sensations can vary depending on the type of laser used and the area being treated. You may feel a warm or snapping sensation, similar to a rubber band against the skin. To ensure your comfort, we apply topical numbing cream before most procedures and adjust settings based on your tolerance. Any post-treatment discomfort is typically mild and temporary, similar to a sunburn.

Laser treatments like CO2, CoolPeel, Moxi, and IPL can effectively address a wide range of skin concerns, including fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, sun damage, hyperpigmentation, melasma, uneven skin tone, enlarged pores, skin laxity, and broken capillaries. These advanced technologies work by stimulating collagen production and resurfacing the skin, resulting in a smoother, clearer, and more youthful-looking complexion.

Laser resurfacing treatments like CO2, CoolPeel, and Moxi offer long-lasting improvements in skin texture, tone, fine lines, acne scars, and sun damage. While these treatments can dramatically refresh your skin, they are not considered permanent. Your skin will naturally continue to age, and external factors like sun exposure, stress, and lifestyle habits can impact results over time. With proper skincare, sun protection, and occasional maintenance sessions, you can extend and preserve your results for years.

The number of sessions depends on your skin concerns and the treatment selected. For example, laser hair removal typically requires a series of 6 treatments, while MOXI and IPL may show visible results after just 1–3 sessions. Tetra CO₂ often delivers significant improvement in one session, with the option for follow-up treatments if needed.

Absolutely. Many patients see enhanced benefits by combining MOXI + IPL or alternating between CoolPeel and Tetra CO₂. These treatment pairings target different layers of the skin, helping to improve tone, texture, and collagen all at once. Your provider will help you build a customized laser plan based on your goals and recovery timeline.

Ablative lasers, like traditional CO2, work by removing the outer layers of damaged skin to stimulate collagen production and reveal smoother, younger-looking skin. They offer dramatic results but typically involve more downtime. Non-ablative lasers, such as Moxi and IPL, heat the deeper layers of skin without damaging the surface, encouraging collagen growth with less recovery time. Both are effective, but the best option depends on your skin type, concerns, and desired results.

Questions You May Have
Do I need a consultation first?

Yes, we recommend starting with a cosmetic consultation—especially if you’re new or unsure where to begin. This visit allows us to discuss your aesthetic goals, evaluate your skin, and create a personalized treatment plan. Consultations are $50 and can be applied toward any product or treatment purchased during your visit. In many cases, treatments can even be performed the same day if time allows.

Botox and dermal fillers are both injectable treatments, but they serve different purposes. Botox (a neuromodulator) temporarily relaxes the muscles that cause expression lines and wrinkles—like crow’s feet, forehead lines, and frown lines. Fillers, on the other hand, restore volume and contour by filling in areas like the cheeks, lips, under-eyes, and nasolabial folds. Botox smooths out movement-related wrinkles, while fillers plump and lift for a youthful, refreshed appearance. Many patients choose to combine both for comprehensive facial rejuvenation.

The longevity of injectable results depends on the type of treatment and your body’s metabolism. Botox and other neuromodulators typically last 3–4 months, while most hyaluronic acid fillers last 6–12 months depending on the area treated and product used. Some advanced fillers like Sculptra stimulate collagen and can last up to 2 years with optimal treatment. To maintain your results, regular maintenance sessions are recommended.

Most patients report only mild discomfort during injectable treatments. We use fine needles and offer topical numbing cream or ice to enhance comfort. Areas like the lips may be more sensitive, but the process is generally quick and well-tolerated. After treatment, you may experience minor swelling or tenderness, which typically resolves within a few days.

Yes! A lip flip uses neuromodulators to subtly relax the muscles above the lip, causing the upper lip to gently roll outward for a fuller look—without adding volume. Lip filler, on the other hand, uses hyaluronic acid to physically add volume and shape. Many patients choose one or combine both for balanced results.

These are all FDA-approved neuromodulators that work by relaxing targeted facial muscles to smooth dynamic wrinkles like crow’s feet, frown lines, and forehead lines. While they work similarly, each has a slightly different formula, onset time, and diffusion rate. Your Skinriched provider will recommend the best option based on your facial anatomy and goals.

FILLER PRE-CARE

  • Avoid alcohol and blood thinners for 3–5 days before your appointment.
  • Let your provider know if you’re prone to cold sores.
  • Stay hydrated and well-rested.
  • Avoid scheduling filler right before big events (in case of swelling or bruising).

FILLER POST-CARE

  • Swelling, tenderness, and bruising can last up to a week.
  • Apply ice gently for the first 24 hours.
  • Avoid pressure or massaging unless advised.
  • No intense exercise, alcohol, or heat for 24 hours.
  • Sleep with your head elevated for 1–2 nights.
  • Results are often immediate, with full settling in 1–2 weeks.

We recommend you schedule any injectable visit at least 2 weeks before any event or photos to allow time for bruising and/or swelling to subside.

Yes! At SKINriched, many of our patients choose to combine skin health treatments—like facials, chemical peels, or Hydrafacials—with injectables or laser services for enhanced, synergistic results. Your provider will create a personalized treatment plan and timing schedule to ensure safety, optimal healing, and maximum benefits.

Our Face Reality Acne Program is a 12-week, clinically backed plan that includes biweekly acne treatments, expert guidance, and a personalized skincare regimen. Each targets specific concerns like acne, hyperpigmentation, aging, or dullness. Your provider will help you choose the best peel based on your skin type, goals, and downtime preferences.

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, can improve fine lines, acne scars, enlarged pores, stretch marks, and overall skin texture and tone. It works by stimulating natural collagen production, resulting in smoother, firmer skin over time.

Questions You May Have
How often should I get a facial for the best results?

For most skin types, we recommend a professional facial every 4–6 weeks to maintain healthy, glowing skin. If you’re targeting specific concerns like acne or aging, your esthetician may suggest a customized treatment plan.

Both lash lifts and brow laminations last up to 6 weeks with proper aftercare. Results gradually fade as your natural hair growth cycle progresses, and maintenance is recommended every 7–9 weeks.

It’s best to discontinue retinol, AHAs, BHAs, or other active ingredients 5–7 days before facial waxing to avoid skin sensitivity or lifting. Always inform your esthetician of your skincare routine beforehand.

At SKINriched, our spa services go beyond relaxation—they’re results-driven and medically backed. Every treatment is performed by trained professionals using clinical-grade products and advanced technology. Unlike a traditional day spa, we focus on both immediate glow and long-term skin health, customizing each service based on your skin’s unique needs and concerns. Whether you're targeting acne, aging, or sensitivity, our treatments are designed to deliver visible, lasting results.

Yes! Many of our facials are safe during pregnancy and can be tailored to your changing skin needs. We avoid ingredients and modalities that aren't recommended for expecting patients—like retinoids, high-frequency, or certain chemical peels—and focus on gentle, nourishing treatments to keep your skin healthy and glowing throughout your pregnancy. Always let your provider know you're pregnant so we can customize accordingly.

To get the most out of your facial, arrive with a clean face if possible and avoid using retinoids, exfoliants, or harsh active ingredients (like AHAs, BHAs, or benzoyl peroxide) for 2–3 days prior. Avoid waxing, tanning, or significant sun exposure before your visit. If you're currently using prescription skincare or have any specific concerns, let your provider know during your consultation so your treatment can be customized safely.
